Brakes

I didn't get a post up last night and didn't even think about it until we were going to bed!

Tommie had been hearing/feeling troubling noises for the past few days when he used the brakes on the motorhome.  He was worrying about it and waking up at night and stewing over it.

We had already planned on stopping to visit friends who Tommie knew when he worked in Connecticut.  They still live in Tolland, CT on 20 acres, and we have camped several times in their lower driveway.  Chuck called his local mechanic, who agreed to look at our brakes, so he went with Tommie to have him check them.  We need new front braking systems on both front wheels!  So, we took what we would need for the night and moved into their guest room.  The mechanic has ordered the parts, and we hope he can make the repairs today.  We are so lucky to have friends when and where we need them!
