I meant to put up a "getting home" post on Wednesday, but of course, as soon as we get here, there's SO much to do! We have to bring in all the clothes, leftover food supplies, toiletries, and everything else we have used to live with for six weeks....and it's a LOT! There are a lot of things that "live" in the motorhome, but still a lot to haul back into the house. And, now we have to clean the motorhome, too. There's lots of mail to sort through.
We had a nice day on our last 300 miles to home. It was overcast, so we didn't have to deal with the sun in our eyes or its heat. The Smoky Mountains looked good after all that barren landscape!
