On the road again

We left Gardiner early and headed up highway 89 to hit I-90.  It's another gorgeous route with huge open spaces bordered by snow-capped mountains.  Our next destination is Glacier National Park.  It's too far for us to drive in one day, so we stopped at a campground in Ronan, Montana.

We were there by mid-afternoon, so we unhooked the car and rode the 10 miles up to Polson which is at the south end of Flathead Lake.  The lake is gorgeous, and it's a nice town.

Just above Gardiner, WY

I think the black smudge is a bug on the window!

And this one has some window reflection

We were told these were fields of mustard!

Our campsite.  Can you see the mountains in the distance?
