Another day with Buffalo Bill

We spent the first half of today in the Buffalo Bill Center (you get two days with a ticket).  There were three more sections to see:  the natural history museum, the section on the Plains Indians, and the Whitney museum of western art.  Everything is nicely laid-out and well done.  But by lunchtime we had enough museum!

We took the dogs (Baxter, anyway!) to a dog park and he got to run some.  He was the liveliest of the dogs there and it didn't take long to wear him out.  Since Brucie doesn't play well with others, he just had to watch.

We dropped the dogs off in the motorhome and went shopping.  There is lots of lovely Indian jewelry in the shops, but it would be wasted on me since I hardly ever remember to wear jewelry.

  1. Craig and I enjoyed reading about your adventures in South Dakota and all the wonderful sights there where we had been recently during a family wedding. Thanks for sharing your trip across the USA!
