A visit to the warbird area was our main activity of the day. Bob Hoover, who is probably the most famous test pilot and a former Air Force fighter pilot was speaking, interviewed by David Hartman. He is now 93 years old and is still full of amazing stories.
After walking around some of the planes for a while, we took the narrated tram tour through the warbird area. Our tour guide has an incredible wealth of knowledge of aircraft!
There was a night air show followed by fireworks. This will be repeated on Saturday night.
