Quiet day in Algoma and Kewaunee

It started raining soon after we got up, so we stayed in the motorhome and did some housekeeping and reading.  By lunchtime, the weather cleared, so we drove 10 miles south to the harbor town of Kewaunee.  They have a retired tug boat that was used on D-Day to pull barges of ammunition across the English Channel.  There was a nice teenaged girl who gave us the tour through the boat.

The lake is really rough today with lots of waves that make it look like the ocean.  We rode around Algoma some more and took the dogs down to the beach, but surprisingly, Baxter wasn't interested in the water!  I thought that after his experience at Nags Head, I wouldn't be able to keep him out of it, but he wouldn't go near it!

Brucie got closer to the water than Baxter did!

Seems weird for a frog to be on the beach! (But, this IS fresh water!)
