Oshkosh arrival!

We woke up really early since we had gone to bed early, but there was a rainstorm at dawn, so we had to wait before we could take the dogs out and get moving.

We drove through lots of Illinois and past lots of cornfields and huge windmills.  We passed several tractor-trailers with windmill blades on them, and the length is amazing!  Wish I had gotten the camera out fast enough for a picture!

We arrived in Oshkosh just after noon, and it didn't take us long to get set up.  There was one couple we know who was already here, and another arrived this evening.  We took a bike ride around the grounds, and folks are still doing a lot of setup.  The show starts on Monday, so this will be a busy place!

What our spot looks like before most of the other campers arrive!
Sunset just as the evening thunderstorm was getting here.
