We spent Saturday, trying to show Alan as much of the airshow as possible. We first rode the tram to the Warbird area and went on the narrated tram tour. Then we took him through the drone and NASA centers and then onto the other end of the field, past the vintage aircraft and the ultralights. He took lots of pictures!
After we had had all the sun and walking we could stand, we came back to the campground to eat lunch and let him take a nap. After dinner, we went to the night airshow. Almost all of the pictures of the airshow were taken with Alan's camera. They always have a great fireworks show at the end.
Today we took Alan back to the Green Bay airport, where he sat for several hours, waiting on his flight to Chicago. As I write this, he is heading back to MountainView, CA, and we miss him!
We made campground reservations for the next two days in Spring Green, WI, so we can visit the House on the Rock.
